On August 31, 2009, The Walt Disney Company announced a deal to acquire Marvel Entertainment for $4.24 billion and we want to know if Marvel is better today for having agreed to this. On this episode, we once again flex our creative muscles and do some armchair imagineering on our own with a new segment we call, Classic? Or TRASH IT! The way this segment works is as follows. We decided on a park to work on...in this case, we chose the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. Then, we each chose a land to work on so that we did not all work on the same thing. Within each land, we chose an attraction to reimagine. Once you have heard our proposals, you get to vote on each one of our projects. You can either keep the Classic, or vote to TRASH IT and replace it with our new vision. Watch for a poll to pop up the same day we release this show. In the Hub, we continue our discussion initiated by our Queue topic. We wanted to see what other Lawsuits that have been brought up against the Walt Disney Company. We found some to be silly, some that are urban legend, and some that were dismissed in court amongst the list of stories.

In the Hub, we bring you the first in a two-part series in which we look back on 2016. We examine where Magic Our Way has been from the first show released in 2016 (Mouse Mingle Interview w/Dave Tavres) up until this episode. Then, we discuss things that took place in the Disney Universe in 2016 and look forward to what 2017 has in store.
The year, 2016, became the year of the interview for Magic Our Way. We have experienced every range of emotion when conducting these interviews and we have been fortunate to be able to interview important folks in the Disney universe such as Paul Torrigino, Matt Hochberg, and Lee Cockerell. And, we are looking to get better at it in 2017 with even more interviews. This was also the year in which Danny created our latest logo back in July.
